Pre-Construction

1/18/2013 - Put our existing house on the market.
1/20/2013 - Signed a contingent contract with Ryan Homes.
1/23/2013 - Made our selections at the design center and delivered all requested paperwork to NRV
                   Mortgage.
1/28/2013 - Met with NRV Mortgage.

2/02/2013 - Finalized our selections and removed the contingency from our contact.
2/20/2013 - Received NRV Mortgage approval.

3/06/2013 - Pre-construction meeting and site survey completed.

Construction
3/11/2013 - Week 1-  Basement excavation, footer poured, and basement walls poured.
3/22/2013 - Week 2 - DeltaMS Waterproofing applied and the foundation is backfilled.
3/29/2013 - Week 3 - The house is framed!

5/24/2013 - Pre-settlement walk through
5/29/2013 - Closing
